Store Policies and Disclaimer


Placing your order is simple and secure with Add your items to the cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button. Complete your billing and shipping address. Choose your payment method.  Confirm your order and click “Place Order.”   Payments are processed using the secure cart and you will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is submitted.  If you don’t receive the confirmation, give us a call to be sure we received it.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal and e-checks.  Residents of Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales tax at time of checkout.

Order Processing

Once payment has been verified and received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours after they are placed or before they have been shipped from the warehouse.  In stock items ship quickly and once they are in transit, it is impossible to reverse the shipment. At that point, you would have a restocking fee and shipping costs to absorb. We do offer free curbside shipping one way but we can’t absorb shipping costs on cancelled or returned orders.  Even at the curbside level, furniture is expensive to ship so be sure you are ordering what you want before you complete the order.   See policy on cancellations and returns.


At, we offer free curbside shipping with every bed order to the 48 continental United States. For furniture, we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska.   Curbside shipping is a no frills shipping which allows us to sell our beds at the lowest price possible. The shipment will come in weather proof boxes and be placed outside your home. You will need to carry the boxes inside, unpack them and assemble the furniture. Freight deliveries require your inspection and signature.  When the freight reaches the nearest destination terminal, the freight company will call you first to set up an appointment for delivery to your residence.  Most of the time, they don’t just show up.  That appointment is usually within a day or two of the delivery to the terminal but may vary based on your availability to be home.  DO NOT stay home or take off work until you have been contacted by the freight company and that appointment is set.  Sometimes a truck will breakdown or an unusual delay happens but most of the time, the deliveries are within the projected times for each product listed.  We appreciate your understanding when these delays occur.  If you require additional assistance, call customer support at Bunk Beds Bunker (717)889-0566 to find out what other options are available for your area.

For bedding or other products at, shipping and delivery times can vary depending on a number of things.  Backordered items or custom made items may take 2-4 weeks or more to ship.  Most items listed on the site are in stock and they usually ship very quickly.  Delivery time depends on your location and where the item is shipping from and can range from 1-6 days or more from the date of the shipment.

Now shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada!  Please provide a list of items you would like to purchase as well as your complete ship to address and we will get a shipping quote back to you within 2 business days.  Due to the variation in shipping costs, we can not offer our free shipping outside the continental United States.

Delivery Inspection

Furniture Deliveries:  Once the carton leaves the warehouse dock, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company until it reaches you, the customer. Once you receive and sign the delivery receipt, it is your responsibility. It is very important to inspect the delivery carefully before you sign for it. If there are any signs of damage from transit, document them clearly and in detail on the delivery slip, then sign.  That way we can go back to the shipping company for damages.  Also, take a picture of the damage and contact us immediately at for resolution. You must contact us within 1 week (7 days) of receipt of the furniture to file a claim.  Additionally, when you are unpacking the cartons, if there are damaged or missing pieces, notify us immediately for replacement parts and we will send them out as soon as possible.  We will take care of an damaged or missing pieces.

Unpacking your Furniture

Carefully unpack your furniture and inspect it for manufacturer’s defects immediately. Don’t discard packaging until you are certain that no defects are present. Returns must be in the original packaging. Never use a utility knife to open boxes. Damage caused by a utility knife is not deemed as a manufacturer’s defect. ‘Protect all surfaces from getting scuffed while assembling.

Variations in Color/Minor Product Defects

Due to variations in photography, lighting, and monitors, we can’t guarantee that the finish of an item will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variation in grain, color, or sheen may occur naturally in wood. These are not viewed as damages or defects. Our products may require the normal touch up or “de-luxing” common in the furniture business

The same holds true for our bedding  We do our best to show the colors accurately but some show very well while others can be distorted.  Since the bedding is custom made, you may want to request swatches if color is critical.  Two of our suppliers will send swatches – some will not.  Up to 4 California Kids swatches are free while SIS charges $2.00 per swatch to cover handling.  If place an order with us, we will refund the price of the swatches from your order.


If damage is noted either from the shipping or once the product is opened, document it in detail and contact for resolution. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you and we do need an image showing the defect.


To file a claim for damages or returns, submit in writing your request via Include your order number, date you received your order, daytime phone number, and reason for requesting the return or replacement. If possible and applicable as with damages, include a photo.   Bunk Beds Bunker will confirm receipt of this request within (1) business day and contact you to discuss your options.


Furniture is very expensive to ship. Therefore, we recommend that you consider your purchase carefully before ordering. Most of our customers are very pleased with our products once they receive them. If you need to return an item, contact us at  Please note that a restocking fee along with freight both ways will be incurred.  All returned items must be in the original packaging.

Inseparable sheets and bunk bed huggers are made to order so we prefer that you consider the order carefully before ordering. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, you may return the bedding item within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging, unwashed and undamaged with prior approval from our customer service department. Call us for return authorization and mail the return to Bunk Beds Bunker, 10 Peach Tree Lane, Boiling Springs, PA 17007. You will need to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the item and it meets the requirements for return, we will credit you back the original amount less the restocking fee.  We can’t emphasize enough, PLEASE INSPECT AND TRY YOUR BEDDING ON THE BED BEFORE WASHING IT.  IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, IT HAS TO BE NEW, UNWASHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO RECEIVE FULL CREDIT AND THE CUSTOMER DOES HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS IT IS OUR ERROR.   


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel prior to shipment but your credit card has been charged, we will credit or reverse payment with no restocking fee or penalty. We will not charge a fee if the order has not been processed yet. If cancelled once shipment has begun, you will be responsible for freight both ways and a restocking fee of 20%. No cancellations via email will be accepted. You must speak with a customer service representative at (717)889-0566 or leave a voice mail message.
