How is it made?
Each bed cap is CUSTOM made to fit your mattress with a top fabric, a reverse fabric, and a duvet insert that is sewn into the design. The duvet is not removable. The top is smooth with no quilting. Two corners at the foot end of the bed are sewn tailored or boxed and the side drop is cut to match your mattress depth. The duvet typically gives enough warmth to the bed that an extra blanket is not needed. Bed caps give a modern, tailored appearance to a bed and are a great way to show off a beautiful platform bed frame.
How do I care for it?
It is safe to wash the Bed Cap, as the down-alternative fill is also machine washable. We do not recommend washing in a machine with an agitator, and always tumble dry on low.
What’s included?
This product is just for one fitted reversible bed cap comforter in the size you select. We will custom cut it to fit your mattress depth. While pillows are great and often give a bed a finishing touch, many folks only want a fitted comforter, especially for a bunk or loft bed where extra pillows often end up on the floor.
