1. General Care

Our bedding is handcrafted and custom-made, so proper care ensures long-lasting quality and color retention.

  • Washing:
    • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
    • Wash bedding separately to avoid color transfer.
    • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Drying:
    • Tumble dry low or line dry.
    • Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage or damage to stitching.
  • Ironing:
    • If necessary, iron on low heat. Avoid ironing over decorative stitching, embroidery, or appliques.

2. Special Care for Comforters & Hugger Bedding

  • For hugger comforters, we recommend using a large-capacity washer if machine washing.
  • Dry thoroughly to prevent dampness that can affect stitching or fabric quality.
  • Avoid washing in small machines that may distort shape or damage seams.

3. Spot Cleaning

  • For small stains, gently dab with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
  • Avoid aggressive scrubbing, which can damage stitching or fabric.

4. Storage Tips

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid storing in plastic bags long-term; use breathable cotton storage bags if possible.
  • Ensure bedding is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.

5. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, stitching, or texture are normal for custom and handmade bedding.
  • Improper care (high heat, bleach, aggressive washing) may void eligibility for repair or replacement.
