Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal and E-Checks. If you choose to pay by E-check, you will need to follow the Paypal options at checkout. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, Bunkbedsbunker uses Paypal to process e-checks. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@bunkbedsbunker.com.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only Pennsylvania residents are subject to sales tax when purchasing from bunkbedsbunker.com. Check with your state laws to see if you need to report sales tax on your online purchases.
How do I place an order?
The quickest way to order is by using our secure, online cart and checkout. Please complete all information requested including the information on the PayPal processing site if you are using Paypal. Phone orders will also be accepted but we prefer online orders which allow you the customer to input all the information. Once your order is completed and the payment information has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are usually verified and charged within 24-72 hours.
How will my personal information be used?
Personal information will only be used to process your order. It is never stored or given to third parties.
Are finish colors accurate?
Due to variations in photography, computer monitors, and lighting, we can't guarantee that the finish will be exactly as it is pictured. Imperfections in grain, color, and sheen may occur naturally.
Do beds include mattresses and bedding.
No.
What does shipping cost?
Curbside shipping is offered to the customer free of charge. If you require more assistance with delivery such as inside placement or set up, call customer support at Bunk Beds Bunker (717)889-0566 before placing your order to discuss what options are available.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We also do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We only ship to the 48 continental United States.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
No. We must process each address as a separate order.
What happens if I place an order and it is out of stock?
You will be notified as soon as we are aware of the stock situation. You may choose to cancel the order and recieve a refund or you may choose to be placed in a queue to receive the first stock as it becomes available.
When will I receive my purchases?
Most in stock items ship quickly so with order processing and shipment, most orders are received in 7-10 days. Exceptions do occur.
When are deliveries scheduled?
Since you do have to sign for the delivery, someone will need to be present to inspect and accept the shipment. Most delieveries are scheduled during standard business hours. You will be called by the delivery personnel and given a window of about 4 hours of when to expect delivery. Drivers may be able to call 30 minutes prior to arriving. What level of shipping is free?
Basic, standard, curbside shipping is free. It is no frills. The boxes come weather proofed and placed in front of your home. You will be responsible to take the boxes in your home with this level of shipping.
